Job Summary

  • As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the operational health of the entire Codabox ecosystem, ensuring data flows stably, timely, and securely.
  • You will intensely collaborate with banks, software partners, and data providers, setting up and leading service review meetings, and discussing KPIs and SLAs.
  • This is a new role within the value stream, offering significant autonomy and responsibility to build, structure, and improve the heart of the partner ecosystem.
