Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Sterile processing and instrument assembly
  • High Level Disinfection (HLD) processing
  • Sterilization equipment operation and maintenance
  • Second shift work with rotating weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Nice-to-have

  • Working under stressful inpatient care conditions
  • Use of count sheets for instrument verification
  • Experience with multiple sterilization methods

Key Requirements

  • Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Full time availability for second shift 3-11:30pm with rotating weekends
