Job Summary
Responsible for leading a team of hardware development engineers who are responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance for enterprise wide technical architecture, systems use and maintenance in order to cooperate to the next-generation technologies integration into the architectural strategy.
Ensure that the team is organized effectively to provide adequate support to customer inquiries and allocate tasks for activities related to hardware development for prospective users.
Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce and participate in Customer meetings and help resolve technical issues.
