Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years prior experience with TPAs
Knowledge of state regulatory requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel advanced formulas
Experience with Department of Insurance inquiries
Ability to influence complex regulatory issues
Nice-to-have
Understanding of quality controls and risk management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience with market conduct exams
In-person collaboration culture fit
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum 5 years experience working with TPAs in NAM regulatory space
