Job Summary
This position will drive transformational change for capacity realization and operational excellence to deliver stable manufacturing teams and processes for a diverse and complex Biologics pipeline.
The role includes leadership across five facilities and 300 personnel, ensuring right-first-time production, technology transfer, inspection readiness, and adherence to regulatory expectations.
The Executive Director will foster a strong compliance mindset, apply Lean principles for continuous improvement, and develop empowered leaders to build a productive and cost-efficient operating model.
