Job Summary
The Human Resources Director partners with the Kerr Commercial and Operation functions within Europe to support Kerr’s continuing growth, enjoying all aspects of HR including both strategic and tactical.
This role involves partnering with the senior leadership team on strategic talent initiatives, talent management, talent attraction and development, performance management, strategic projects, process improvement, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will lead HR teams, drive talent development, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and reporting regulations.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Human Resources
3+ years Commercial HR experience
