Job Summary

  • The Associate Director for Finance provides strategic leadership and oversight for all budget and financial operations within the Office of Enrollment Management (EM).
  • This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of financial reporting, budget development, forecasting, and analysis across EM Central, Undergraduate Admissions, Assessment & Technology, External Relations & Visit Experience, and Student Financial Aid.
  • The position supervises a team of three direct reports, including one (1) Assistant Director of Human Resources and two (2) Business Managers, and collaborates extensively with the Office of the Provost and other central campus partners to ensure fiscal integrity, compliance, and effective resource stewardship.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
