The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting accidents, coordinating with nursing services, and performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and maintain the care and use of supplies and equipment.
