The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for building job development, maintaining employer relationships, and supporting clients to achieve self-sufficiency through employment.

Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field
2-3 years experience in workforce development or related social services
proficiency in Microsoft Office and ETO database
valid driver’s license with insurance
experience in not-for-profit or human services preferred
