Execute HR services processes including benefits administration, personnel, and document administration, HRIS, and data management according to regional and global frameworks.
Manage SAP Maintenance of Data according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities and partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and ensuring best-in-class services.

Key Requirements
4 to 5 years of work experience
Portuguese proficiency
