Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Chartered Civil Engineer
Extensive senior technical leadership experience
Subject matter expertise in utilities, drainage, paved and unpaved surfaces, access and accessibility, earthworks and construction logistics
Experience across all design phases including construction
