Job Summary

  • The position coordinates and directs daily operations for BistrOH! Cafes, Hospitality Centers, and East kitchen under the supervision of Nutrition Services leadership.
  • The role is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and participating in activities of nutrition aides, sales assistants, and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service.
  • Candidates must manage responsibility for the sanitation plan and assist with the development and management of departmental policies and procedures.

  • 1 course in budgeting or 1 month experience
  • 1 course in bookkeeping or 1 month experience
  • 1-3 years of management experience preferred
