Job Summary
The position coordinates and directs daily operations for BistrOH! Cafes, Hospitality Centers, and East kitchen under the supervision of Nutrition Services leadership.
The role is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and participating in activities of nutrition aides, sales assistants, and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service.
Candidates must manage responsibility for the sanitation plan and assist with the development and management of departmental policies and procedures.
