Must-have
High volume restaurant or club server experience
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Proficiency in English speaking reading and writing
Adherence to club uniform and grooming policy
Nice-to-have
Formal service training preferred
Team focus mentality with grateful spirit
Proactive problem solving and anticipation skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Experience seating guests without host present
Key Requirements
Previous server experience in high volume restaurant or club
Local Pouring Permit and Alcohol certification required
