Your mission will be to train patients on the use of their medical devices, monitor their treatment, and educate them on good adherence.
You will be responsible for providing the medical device and training the patient (and their family) on its proper use, as well as coordinating and training independent nurses on the proper handling of the device.
You will make the link between the prescriber, the hospital structure, and the patients in their family environment.
