Job Summary
Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Responsible for patient treatment including vascular access evaluation, dialysis machine programming, monitoring patient response, and accurate documentation of treatment parameters.
Supports infection control practices, participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities, and assists with patient education and transitional care to enhance patient outcomes.
