Must-have
Certified personal trainer or massage therapist
Hands-on assisted stretching experience
Evidence-based stretching protocols
Client safety and injury prevention
Sales of training services and supplements

Experience in gym setting operations
Key Requirements
National Fitness Certification or degree from approved trade school
CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
Must pass background check
Experience in fitness/health environment providing stretching programs
Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and bend routinely
