• The Partner Strategy and Growth team leads strategy, planning, and business development for the partner business at Workday, defining and executing strategy with leaders across the business.
• The Workday Wellness Technical Business Development role leads go-to-market with strategic partner relationships in Workday Wellness, a next-generation platform for benefits and care.
• A successful Tech BD will lead technology engagement with complex partner relationships, establish trust, demo capabilities, explain platform value, and support integration with Workday Wellness APIs.

• Demonstrated understanding of APIs
