The successful candidate will act as the registered Qualified Person (QP) while leading a large multi-layered organization of over 100 indirect reports.
You will drive proactive quality culture and manage interactions with major global authorities including ANSM, EMA, and FDA.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Qualified Person (QP) registration required
French Pharmacist degree mandatory
10+ years senior quality leadership experience
Fluent in French and English languages
Experience with EU GMP and FDA CFR regulations
Leadership of QA and QC laboratory operations
Nice-to-have
CDMO client-facing quality governance experience
Lean Six Sigma operational excellence background
Experience supporting NDA submissions
Strong risk-based decision-making culture
Proven track record leading regulatory inspections
Key Requirements
French Pharmacist degree enabling QP registration
10+ years senior Quality leadership experience

Site Quality Lead experience in OSD manufacturing
