Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Tool & Die Journeyman certification or Associate's Degree
  • Minimum three years of Tool & Die Maker experience
  • Proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and sketches
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting CNC equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Five or more years of manufacturing experience
  • Advanced CNC programming skills using Gibbs CAM
  • Knowledge of heat treating processes and tool steel properties
  • Strong GD&T interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 7S principles

Key Requirements

  • Tool & Die Journeyman certification OR Associate's Degree in Machine Tool Technology
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
