Workday is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to support its Global Finance Organization, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive talent strategy and execution of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly in strategic roles, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values integrity, empathy, and innovation

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
