Job Summary

  • The purpose of this leadership position is to orchestrate New Product Introduction for Knees across the end-to-end supply chain in order to achieve committed launch dates and an efficient and sustainable supply chain for the lifecycle of a product in alignment with the Product Value Streams.
  • Influence key product development attributes (such as: manufacturability, sustainability, controls/process capability, network/capacity planning) to achieve targeted quality, reliability, cost and growth goals.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $258,750.00.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10 years of regulated manufacturing experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Proficiency in industry standards, investigations/technical assessments, compliance, and validation strongly preferred
  • Direct experience overseeing medical device teams strongly preferred
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies preferred
  • Experience in new product development processes and practices
  • Experience partnering with R&D organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading product and / or process integrations
  • Superior data analysis and statistical skills strongly preferred
  • Six Sigma certification / training strongly preferred
