Base: $59,900 to $89,900 (Associate); $72,100 to $108,100 (Engineer); Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree by August 2026 or Master's with experience
  • STEM major in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, CS, or Electrical Engineering
  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance and Program Special Access
  • 3.25 GPA preferred for candidates
