This role shapes how we support associates through health, retirement, well‑being, time away, and recognition—balancing global consistency with local market needs.
A key part of the role is evolving how benefits are delivered globally, including partnering with our offshore service center to create scalable, consistent and high‑quality benefits administration and support.

Key Requirements
10–15+ years of progressive experience in benefits
Demonstrated leadership responsibility for global or multi-regional programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience transitioning, managing, or optimizing benefits-related work through shared services or offshoring models
