This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a reusable heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of carrying people and payloads to various orbits.
The successful candidate will plan, design, fabricate, install, and operate complex mechanical, propellant, pneumatic, and cryogenic tests while leading a small team.

Ability to lead daily test standups and operations
Strong project management and team leadership skills

Passion for safe human spaceflight mission
Familiarity with ASME codes and building standards
Experience with hazardous operations and safety design
Proficiency in LabView or Test Stand software
Knowledge of Windchill or Creo data lifecycle tools
Key Requirements
BS degree in engineering required
US citizenship or permanent resident status required
5+ years direct experience in system/component testing
Demonstrated expertise in cryogenics and fluid systems
Strong analytical orientation and safety mindset
