Must-have
Chartered Member of IStructE or ICE
Minimum 10 years structural engineering experience
2 years design development and review experience
2 years account or client management experience
Hands-on technical leadership in complex structures
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with computational design workflows
Experience in nuclear, rail, or water infrastructure

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Chartered status with IStructE, ICE, or equivalent body
