Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • J.D. or LL.M. degree from accredited law school
  • Admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
  • Registered to practice before USPTO
  • Four years of patent or IP law experience
  • Experience in biopharma or life sciences space

Nice-to-have

  • Ten or more years of IP law experience
  • Advanced degree in biochemistry or molecular biology
  • Experience with antibody-drug conjugates

  • Ability to work independently in teams
