The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and profitability of assigned venues, overseeing front-of-house operations, team leadership, inventory management, service standards, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
This role supports the Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Managers in daily operations of catering, banquet, concessions, and hospitality services, assisting in supervising Front-of-House team members during events.
