Job Summary

  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees in HR, both operationally and project-oriented, ensuring compliance with local procedures and regulations.
  • Participate in international HR projects as a member of the HR team for Central Europe and the EMEA region, contributing to the evolution of HR functions.
  • Drive HR projects in close collaboration with the business, HR business partners, and centers of excellence for HR technology implementation, compensation frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
