Job Summary
Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees in HR, both operationally and project-oriented, ensuring compliance with local procedures and regulations.
Participate in international HR projects as a member of the HR team for Central Europe and the EMEA region, contributing to the evolution of HR functions.
Drive HR projects in close collaboration with the business, HR business partners, and centers of excellence for HR technology implementation, compensation frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
