Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Fluency in French and English
  • 3-5+ years customer facing services role
  • 1+ years project management experience with Workday HCM Payroll or Financials
  • Experience managing executive level relationships
  • Ability to coordinate enterprise-level support activities

  • Functional domain expertise with Financials
  • Experience in complex software or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
