Job Summary
This apprenticeship offers practical experience in promoting operational excellence by applying Lean principles and Value Stream Mapping to analyze processes across transnational sites.
The successful candidate will support the design of standardized Future State Value Stream Maps and develop Kaizen roadmaps to improve efficiency while maintaining strict EASA and FAA compliance.
Candidates will join a globally recognized company with a diverse culture, receiving comprehensive training and support from the Airbus team throughout their 2 to 3-year apprenticeship.
