Job Summary

  • This role sits at the center of shaping and delivering on Amgen's mission, enabling a ~$2.5B global capital portfolio and driving operational excellence.
  • As a Director on the SPO team and Chief of Staff to the SVP of Engineering, you will act as a trusted advisor and force multiplier to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of business analysis, strategy, transformation experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of business analysis, strategy, transformation experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of business analysis, strategy, transformation experience
  • At least 4 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
  • Proven experience advising and influencing senior executives
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
