Job Summary

  • As a Colleague Engagement Consultant, you will play a key role in coaching and supporting the delivery of our apprenticeship programme while enhancing the overall colleague experience.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating our technical apprenticeship programme across the North & Scotland region, establishing a robust internal structure and working closely with external training providers.
