  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
  • The role requires ensuring sufficient licensed and certified nursing staff are available, developing work assignments, delegating authority, and monitoring absenteeism to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Key Requirements
