• 2-year degree in business field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in ALF and/or IL billing
• IT experience with Pointlicklare
• Analytical, organizational, communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental and private insurances regulations and standards
• Excellent computer skills including word, excel, and other MS office programs
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage and train teams
• Detailed-oriented, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to understand technical procedures
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership and employees
• Type 50wpm or more
• Able to navigate the internet
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Prolonged time at a computer, standing and walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, travel by car and airplane, talking and hearing frequently
• Perception in vision: ability to adjust focus, close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision
