Job Summary
This role focuses primarily on Marketing Operations and lifecycle automation, working closely with the Growth Manager to improve how we convert users across the customer journey.
You’ll help build and optimise behaviour-led workflows, triggered email automations, and CRM processes in HubSpot that support scalable growth.
The role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days a week in the Brighton office, a personal learning budget, and a performance-based bonus.
