Job Summary

  • This role focuses primarily on Marketing Operations and lifecycle automation, working closely with the Growth Manager to improve how we convert users across the customer journey.
  • You’ll help build and optimise behaviour-led workflows, triggered email automations, and CRM processes in HubSpot that support scalable growth.
  • The role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days a week in the Brighton office, a personal learning budget, and a performance-based bonus.
