Job Summary
As the Financial Controller, you will provide leadership and oversight for financial reporting and internal controls, internal & statutory audits, finance policy and tax compliance for Medtronic ANZ.
Deliver financial closing and reporting in compliance with US GAAP and ANZ statutory financial standards, and implement and oversee SOX control framework and deliverables.

Key Requirements
University degree in accounting or finance
Accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
12+ years working experience with MNCs
Minimum 5 years+ experience in ANZ
3-5 years+ people manager experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of financial and management accounting
US GAAP and/or IFRS exposure
In-depth understanding of ANZ Financial Reporting Standards
Hands-on experience with ANZ tax compliance
Strong data analytical and reporting skills
Proven people and team development skills
Experience in internal/SOX control framework implementation
