Base: 87,200 - 106,600 CAD; Bonus/Equity: 10% annual bonus target with potential up to double; Benefits: Flexible work, wellness benefits, share plan, pension with guaranteed income for life

Must-have

  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bilingual French and English
  • ERP financial systems experience
  • Process improvement and controls compliance

  • Power BI and Power Query
  • Automation tools like Power Automate
  • Knowledge of P&C insurance sector
  • Strong communication and collaboration

Key Requirements

  • CPA designation or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years accounting and budgeting experience
  • Bilingual French/English communication
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP
