Base: $110,000.00 - $147,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary/commission; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits and programs

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business with 5+ years experience in Program/Project Management or Engineering within aerospace/defense.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering within the military/aerospace industry (preferred).
PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials (preferred).
Experience in program execution of military programs (preferred).
This position requires U.S. citizenship status.
