  • Experience in team-based manufacturing
  • Prior welding or fabrication experience
  • Good academic standing with 2.5+ GPA
  • Strong discipline record

Key Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior at Georgia County high school
  • Enrollment in Great Promise or Work-Based Learning program
  • Parent or legal guardian support required
  • Must be 16 years of age by July 2026
  • Pass Visual Weld Inspection Training
