Collaborate with commercial, warehouse, supply chain, marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations, campaign execution, and product launches.
Identify and implement operational process improvements, lead the implementation of new e-commerce technologies, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5+ years of e-commerce operations experience
Proficiency in Thai and English (Business Level)
Experience in project management with ECOM operational excellence focus
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, WMS, TMS, and BI tools
