Must-have
Proficiency in Civil 3D and 3D modelling
Experience leading CAD and Junior Technicians
Knowledge of BIM protocols BS EN ISO 19650
Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
Ability to conduct technical reviews and QA

Familiarity with Navisworks and Infraworks
Strong mentoring and team development skills
