Job Summary

  • To lead and manage the first line risk team in Business Banking Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment, developing and implementing a risk management plan to ensure a satisfactory control environment and risk culture.
  • Key deliverables include coordinating activities to sustain a satisfactory control environment, managing critical process refresh, driving issues and risk event management, conducting root cause analysis, and running risk governance forums.
  • The role involves building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, developing and monitoring KRIs, managing and leading the existing team, and driving risk deliverables to demonstrate embedding of ORRMF, Conduct Risk, and Fin Crime Risks.
