This role involves working with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care and provides direct resident/patient care.
Responsibilities include coordinating staff recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and conducting fire/disaster drills, while also supervising staff and participating in facility surveys.
