Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current RN license in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1 year RN or 2 years LPN acute care experience
Accredited school of nursing graduate
BSN degree for Magnet facilities
Nice-to-have
2 years relevant RN experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively under stress
Proficiency with computer software applications
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Current registered nurse license
Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
