Job Description: - Plan and lead Ops team as PMO for implementing FLEXCUBE CASA module for Korea Branch. - Creating plan and support BA to define the business requirements and ensure the system coverage. Progress and issue management also included. - Support the Project Manager and client’s PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation. - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated. - Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation templates. - Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution. - Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation. - Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any related fields - Minimum 3 years’ experience in top-tier or leading consulting firms with a focus on the banking industry projects - Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams across overseas offices - Good socialization skills - Professional Mindset with Responsibility and Strong self-discipline and commitment to the project success - Good communication
