  • The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • You will complete monthly nursing schedules, maintain attendance and tardiness records, assist with employee orientation, and communicate staffing needs with nursing supervisors and administration.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality, reporting any suspected violations or fraud, attending various committee meetings, and supporting a positive and calm environment throughout the facility.
