This role partners with EGMs across the Retail Bank and reports to the General Manager RBS HR, working closely with senior business leaders and key HR teams to design and implement people strategies.
The role drives measurable people, customer, and business outcomes while increasing employee and business performance and engaging a diverse workforce.
