  • Our team manages all human resources tasks which includes people engagement, recruiting, employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, immigration, and managing employee inquiries and issues.
  • As a Manager on our team, you will have assigned responsibilities but will be ready to assist with any of the work that is assigned to our team.
  • Salary range starting at CI$82,500 with a bonus opportunity, 25 days of vacation, additional paid firm closures, medical coverage shared for your family, professional development, work from home and everyday flexibility opportunities as agreed.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources
  • Caymanian or status holder required
  • Preference for professional services firm experience
  • Preference for HR qualification or designation/Bachelor's degree
