Job Summary
You will play a key role in advancing student well‑being and success at Temasek Polytechnic through professional counselling and care.
Provide counselling, crisis intervention and psychological assessments in all matters related to students (as individual and/or group) and their families, where necessary.
Establish network and partnership with care team from higher institute of higher learnings and community health agencies (eg. hospitals, family service centres etc) on youth mental wellness initiatives.

Must-have
Provide counselling and crisis intervention
Conduct mental health literacy training
Plan and implement wellness programmes
Establish partnerships with care agencies
Use data and technology for counselling

Work with diverse individuals
Work independently and in team
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of experience
Proficiency and membership recognised by SAC, SASW
Experience in crisis intervention
Good administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
