  • This role reports into the Head of Employee Relations (US) and global ER teams to maintain consistent standards while respecting local legal and cultural requirements.
  • The ERBP will act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, driving fair, transparent, and defensible solutions aligned with Lucid’s values and Saudi employment regulations.
